The Process begins with clicking the “Contact Us” button. We will call you and have a phone conversation and set up an appointment to meet with you at the site for an Initial Consultation. We go over your vision for the project and how we can help create the design for your project.

An Architectural Fees Proposal will be prepared for you which will include the Scope of Services and the Phases of the Project that will be provided, a list of the Drawings that can be provided for the different Phases of the Project, and a list of the Fees Schedule that will be prepared for your project for $300.

The Designs that we Create Together are Unique to You, the Client and your Project.
