Port of Spain is an addition and remodel to an existing two story townhouse that was built in the 1970’s and needed “a new lease on life” in the Coronado Cays on a private waterway. All of the rooms have access to the out of doors even as an attached home and these connections are made with unique ways to bring light into the spaces. The water can be seen from the living, ktichen and dining areas as well as the upstairs primary suite that captures views from the upper windows and the juliette balcony into the living spaces as well as a picturesque view from the tub and shower area.
