The Process:

The Process is really three steps:

  • Create the DESIGN.

  • Build the New REALITY.

How can we help you with answering those questions to define the Vision into a Scope of Work?

An Architectural Fees Proposal will be prepared for you which will include the Scope of Services and the Process: Phases of the Project, Drawings, Consultants, and a Fees Schedule that will be prepared for your project for $300. WE NOW TAKE CREDIT CARDS! After approval of the Architectural Fees Proposal, there is a Contract that will be prepared and signed and an Initial Payment collected.

DESIGN: We work with your needs, the site, and budget to Program, Code Research, Measure and Document the existing conditions of the site and/or existing buildings and create As-Built Drawings We start with a Design Concept and Design Drawings, upon approval of the Design by You the Client, we get preliminary estimates from contractors. Upon review of the estimates we adjust accordingly and move forward with Construction Documents and Permitting process.

This helps us move forward with the Vision, Design and Reality.

REALITY: In order to make your vision and the design and make it your new reality, we need to collaborate with the construction team: with contractors that I have worked with on numerous other projects or with contractors that the client brings to the project. Working together with the Client and the Contractor, we are able to move forward and build the Vision the Concept, Create the Design. Build the new REALITY.
