Accessory Dwelling Units: ADUs (Attached, Detached, JADUs)

Here are a collection of Accessory Dwelling Units (ADUs) that have been done in numerous projects, Attached, Detached, and Junior Accessory Dwelling Units (JADUs). These projects are mostly done in conjunction with an addition or remodel to an Existing or New House. All of our ADUs have been designed for the house they co-exist with. There are also plans that have been designed and can be a prototype for many who are seeking a standard ADU solution from 240 square feet to 400 square feet to 1,200 square feet. There are also JADUs, Junior Accessory Dwelling Units which is a room in your house that doesn’t need to have plumbing because they are using the house’s cooking and bathing facilities.
