Grand Canal House in Venice was a twice done facelift for an Existing House that the Clients had built in the 1970’s, had moved to the Valley to raise their children and then had moved back to live in before selling until they realized how much the area had changed and wanted to retire there. But they wanted the character of the existing bungalows in the area and we worked on a scheme that captured that. A few years later they returned and asked if .the Primary Bath could be added on to and we repainted it and did that with the original team. It was so characteristic and romantic for the area that it was used as the set for the filming of Ashton Kutcher’s House in the Valentine’s Day movie.
