Ninth Street House

This Ninth Street Residence was a major transformation of an existing neglected property in Coronado into a modern, iconic, sustainable home. This project was taken down to the studs and designed for an art collecting couple who were downsizing. They had bought the property and were looking for a dream project to put their art and energy into and came with lots of ideas about La Cantina doors, and finishes and the city’s required design features to increase the FAR and we were able to create a unique design, with a lot of fun features like an outdoor Surfboard shower, winding stairs to the roof deck and a shower room with a tub.
